Our Summer Camp Placement Service

Building on her extensive experience, Judy decided to utilize her four decades of camping involvement and created a summer camp and teen trip placement service focusing on the individual needs of each child. Thus, the concept of Summer Camp & Trip Resources® became a reality. Starting with one office in 1991, the business has grown to 3 offices and has plans for future growth.

Ira Kittrell: A Professional With Expertise In Special Ed

Ira L. Kittrell, MA-CCC/SLP, is a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pragmatic language disorders. Mr. Kittrell's experience includes time as a classroom teacher, director of a special needs summer camp program, assistant director and recruitment coordinator for an overnight camp, and is currently working in the Easton (MA) public school system. Ira has worked with students who have emotional, behavioral and learning issues and has served as a member of the training faculty for the Asperger's Association of New England. He lives in Holliston, Massachusetts with his wife Lisa, his daughter Ilana Rose, his son Reuben and his dog Otto. Ira represents Summer Camp & Trip Resources® in New England. Allison Lusk: Lives For The Camp Experience

Allison Lusk has held nearly every camp position throughout her lifetime and lives for the camp experience. Holding a Master's degree in Counseling, Allison currently works with children and their families. She recognizes the importance of catering to the individual needs and desires of each family. Daniel Levine: First Class Experience

Dan has "camp" in his blood. Having spent nearly every summer of his childhood and adolescence at sleepaway camp, Daniel transitioned from camper to counselor at a New England overnight camp. Daniel is an accomplished Broadway actor and also the owner of Big Apple Tutoring and Exclusive Education. His experience with Manhattan families has provided him with a full understanding of their child's academic and summer programs needs. When we assist a family with a "match," we follow that camper or student through the entire process - from arranging personal interviews with the program directors right through to visiting the child at camp during the summer. We also have a follow-up meeting after the child returns home from the summer experience to evaluate the success of the placement.
